| 02. Our offer | Qadrifonic sells only new products corresponding to the description made on this site. Customers agree that the picture of the product as it appears on the site, is only for information. The product can have a packaging with some little differences according to the countries.
The texts beside the products are there only for information and for advice and they can't be a reason to dispute in case of a different opinion.

| 03. Prices | Shipping cost | Prices include the taxes and they are indicated in Euros (€). According the CGI (art. 293B), the TVA (french tax added to the value) is not available here and only the shipping cost will be added to the price of the product.
Your parcell is sent by post with the lower cost. It travels under your responsability. Its loss or its deterioration will not be the object of a refunding or another sending.

| 04. Orders | Any order made on the site will be confirmed by an e-mail that describes the order content, its cost, the payment way and the shipping mode.

| 05. Payment | Any product will be paid by credit card on our securised site or by Paypal (bank checks are available only for orders made in France).
The consumer attests to have the authorizations necessary to carry out the payment.
For a payment by credit card, the payment order can be revoked in the event of fraudulent use of the card in accordance with the convention concluded between the consumer and his bank.
In the case of a payment by bank check, the duration of validation of the order will be lengthened of as many days placed to send it to Quadrifonic. The use of not supplied checks could be the object of legal proceedings. |

| 06. Shipping | Quadrifonic is committed delivering the products ordered under 3 days starting from the order. The delivery periods posted on the site are present only as an indication and could not be the subject of any complaint.
The products will be sent under untornable bubbles doubled envelops.
If the product is unavailable, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will be able to cancel his order. Then, he will be able to ask the exchange of the product or his refunding.
The products are delivered to the address advisable by the consumer in unit « My account ». The transportation by standard mail is done to the risks and perils of the consumer and in any case will not be able to be the object of a refunding request.
In the event of nonconformity of the delivered good, Quadrifonic is committed to exchange the product or refunding the consumer.
The consumer can undo the order during 7 days after the reception by him of the ordered good. According to the L121-20-2 article, the right of retractation could not be exerted for the supply agreements of enregistement audio if the product is unpacked by the consumer (the plastic film surrounding the product is drawn).
Any return of goods is carried out with the expenses, risks and dangers of the purchaser and must be preceded by a request near the customer service with the following address: client@quadrifonic.com. If the consumer exerts his time of retractation, Quadrifonic is committed refunding to him the versed sums and this without expenses within 30 maximum days.

| 07. Guarantee | The consumer profits from a contractual guarantee against any defect which the product could have throughout one year: Article 1641 (the salesman is held of the guarantee at a rate of the hidden defects of the sold thing which make it unsuitable with use for which one intends it, or which decrease so much this use, which the purchaser would not have acquired it, or would have given only one less price of them, if he had known them.)
Quadrifonic is committed to repair or be changing with its defective expenses very produced recognized during the time noted above, the expenses of labour necessary being included/understood in this guarantee. Is not included/understood in the guarantee any failure related to an abnormal use of the product by negligence or fault of the consumer, the replacement of part related to the fair wear and tear of the product as well as the dysfunction or damage related to an accident or natural phenomenon. |

| 08. Personal data | | For the good unfolding of the order, the collected personal data will be the subject of a data-processing treatment. The consumer admits being informed of it. This data-processing treatment was the declaration object at the CNIL, carrying the following number xxxxxxxxxxxx. |

| 09. Litigation | | On the assumption that a litigation is born from this contractual relation, the parts begin before any judicial action to seek a friendly solution. Any litigation born of this contract concerns the magistrates' court of the place of residence of the consumer (Article 42). |
